Tonight began my winter series training. I plan to cross train with weight training and running. Plus, I will incorporate Zwift "No Stop Peddling" Rides. What are your plans?

I'll lift a few weights and to help strengthen and condition my legs for endurance, I will not avoid hills while riding but will tackle them “head on.”
