Recommended riders    ALL LEVELS SUPPORTED

Easy Flat Depending on route chosen rolling hills

Speed:  Pace 12-17 MPH  

Distance: 10 - 20 Miles depending on route choice.

Meet Time: 1830 

Rolling Time:  1900  

Location:  Clayton county international park 

General Description 

1 Hour to 2 hour Workout  

- Easy warm up.  

- Ride in zone 2.   

                                                REQUIREMENTS  

Bicycle, Road bike recommended not required 

MUST HAVE WORKING HEADLIGHT AND TAIL LIGHT  

All bikes are welcome.    

RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK.    You assume all risk of injuries.   

You are expected to ride safely at all times.   

Look out for the other person.   

You understand that sometimes crashes happen.
